General terms and conditions
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of the b612-digital.com website is to clearly define the rights and obligations of the users (hereinafter also referred to as "consumers") of the B612 website (hereinafter also referred to as "provider") when using the website and enabling the business relationship between the provider and the user. A consumer is understood to be any natural person who contacts the b612.
In accordance with the provisions of the law regulating the rights of consumers in the offer, sale and other forms of marketing of goods and services by undertakings, a consumer is a natural person who acquires or uses goods and services for purposes outside his or her professional or gainful occupation. The terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online shop provider, the rights of the user/buyer and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer. These terms and conditions govern the sale of the goods available in the online shop. A purchase made through the online shop shall be deemed to have been made in accordance with the EU regulations.
Due to the nature of doing business online, the offer in the online shop is updated and changes frequently and rapidly. The Provider endeavours to provide clear and thorough information to present the basic characteristics of the items for sale, which are indicated on the packaging of the item, and therefore the Provider shall not be liable for any errors in the information or typographical errors. The Provider shall endeavour to provide adequate images of all Sale Items on its website. Any aesthetic differences between the image and the actual item shall not affect the specification of the item itself.

Protection of personal data received for the purposes of the operation of the website
The Provider shall process the personal data it receives for the disposition of the goods in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "General Data Protection Regulation") and the national regulations on the protection of personal data. The consumer may at any time request confirmation of whether the provider processes his/her personal data and information about this personal data, the right to receive this personal data and the right to transmit this personal data to another controller. The user may request the restriction of the processing of personal data, object to the processing of personal data and to automated individual decision-making, including profiling, revoke the consent given for the processing of personal data provided on the basis of consent, request the rectification or amendment or deletion of personal data. All of the above rights may be exercised subject to the conditions and to the extent provided for in Articles 15 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Notwithstanding the exercise of the right to erasure referred to in the preceding paragraph, the personal data may be processed under any other legal basis, if there is another legal basis for the processing in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR under that basis.
Where the controller exercises the user's rights to object to processing, withdraw consent, request the restriction of processing or erasure of personal data, which have the effect of preventing the user from being informed, the controller will prevent the user from being informed at the latest within 15 days of receipt of the objection or change of preferences of the user; however, if the notification campaign was prepared before the processing of the objection or the change of preferences, it is possible that the user will nevertheless receive the last notification. The exercise of the remaining rights will be ensured by the controller within the time limits required by the applicable data protection legislation.
B612 d.o.o.. processes personal data for publication on the company's websites, online stores, for publication on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube); on the company's promotional materials and for the purposes of promotion and marketing of the company. Only employees and partner companies have access to personal data. They may only use the data to the extent provided for in the General Terms and Conditions and never to the personal detriment or offence of the undersigned.
At any time, you can request the company to:
- A printout of your personal data used by the company.
- Corrections and additions to your personal data to the extent provided for in the General Terms and Conditions.
- An account of the purposes for which, when and which personal data have been used by the company.
- You may request access, copying, reproduction and certification in accordance with Article 31 of ZVOP1-1.
- Erasure of all your data.
The processing and secure use of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR, the ZVOP-1 Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the company that is the controller of your personal data declares that it bears full responsibility for the lawful processing. We declare that we will not use your personal data outside the processes agreed within the General Terms and Conditions. If you believe that your rights have been violated, you can contact the data controller.

CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal from the contract for the purchase of software is further specified in Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act - 3: Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal referred to in the first paragraph of this Article in contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if the consumer has opened the security seal. If the consumer has already accessed the content (if the consumer has already logged in to the website with his/her username and password), there shall be no withdrawal from the contract.
OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
For the relationship arising from these General Terms and Conditions, the Provider does not recognise out-of-court consumer dispute resolution providers as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that the Consumer may bring in accordance with the legislation on out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The Provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
The terms and conditions in force from time to time are published on the Provider's website.
The User must read the terms and conditions before placing an order and confirm his/her acceptance of their contents, otherwise, he/she will not be able to purchase the goods.
